Azahara Sparkling Mimosa

When it comes to brunch, few beverages boast the refreshing and celebratory flair of a classic Mimosa. This easy cocktail is a delightful mix of citrus and bubbles.

In this blog, we'll show you how to create a sensational Mimosa using our Azahara Sparkling Wine, perfectly sized for one glass.

The Ingredients You'll Need:

  • Oranges
  • Rosemary
  • Orange Juice
  • Ice Cube Tray
  • Azahara Sparking Chardonnay Pinot 200ML

Crafting Your Mimosa:

  1. Chill Your Azahara Sparkling Wine: Ensure your Azahara Sparkling Wine (or another sparkling wine of your choice) is chilled in the fridge.

  2. Prepare the Orange Cubes: Begin by placing fresh orange segments and rosemary sprigs in a deep ice cube tray. Fill it with orange juice and let it freeze until solid. 

  3. Place the Orange Cubes: Take any wine glass and carefully place a couple of your ice cubes inside. The slow melting of these cubes will gradually infuse your drink.

  4. Pour the Sparkling Wine: Gently pour the Azahara Sparkling Wine into the glass and over the orange ice cubes. 

  5. Top with Sunshine: Depending on the melting of the orange cubes and your taste, you can add a little extra orange juice to the glass.
