A refined white wine from the heart of Burgundy that showcases the purity and minerality characteristic of Chablis. The 2022 vintage offers a fresh, vibrant nose of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, with subtle flinty notes. On the palate, it delivers crisp acidity, a delicate minerality, and flavours of lemon, green apple, and a hint of chalk. The finish is clean and refreshing, making it a perfect accompaniment to seafood and light dishes.

William Fèvre is one of Chablis’ greatest estates, created by William Fèvre between 1957 and his retirement in 1998. A prestigious winery renowned for its exceptional Chablis. The whole crop is harvested by hand with a sorting table back at the winery to ensure the quality of the raw material. In 2023, the domaine was purchased by Domaines Baron de Rothschild (Lafite), led by Saskia de Rothschild.
